Lifecycle marketing
In partnership with Adobe Marketing and Brand Studio teams, I oversaw the development and execution of Adobe email marketing across the customer lifecycle: trial and purchase; welcome and onboarding; engagement, active and lapsed users.
My role included strategic guidance on A/B testing and optimization, merchandising and linking strategies as well as creative direction, ensuring content reflected rigorous and regularly refreshed brand identity and messaging guidelines.
Our emails consistently performed well, surpassing goals for annual recurring revenue and engagement metrics.
