Campaign Development

The Oregon College Savings Plan, a program of the Oregon State Treasury, wanted a campaign concept that would communicate the benefits of their savings plan to prospective account holders (parents, friends and relatives of children) with messaging that simplified a complex subject: financial investing.

The Invest Best campaign incorporated images of milestone moments in a child’s life to match the trajectory of a small investment that grows over time.

Campaign assets included dynamic and static programatic display and paid social ads as well as video for social channels.
